KELLY HAUSER
Kelly has over 19 years of experience working in various areas of the legal profession, the past nine of which she has been employed as a civil litigation paralegal. Kelly has extensive experience in case management, as well as case development and discovery. Her extensive experience includes professional liability, real estate law, construction defect law, community association law and personal injury. She also brings with her experience in elder care litigation having worked on elder care cases throughout California. She has assisted in many civil jury trials throughout her career, without a single unfavorable verdict. Kelly is often the first personal contact a client will have with the firm and she approaches this task with a positive attitude and courteous demeanor. Kelly’s conscientious approach to case development and discovery often results in significant early fact development, which translates into efficient case management and often, early resolution. Kelly’s educational background includes a Pre-law minor from Dominican University of California, with emphasis in environmental law, constitutional law and international law, and she will complete her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from the University of San Francisco in the Fall 2009. In addition to her legal career Kelly is an avid golfer and golf tournament consultant, a member of the Women’s Golf Association of Northern California and Fountaingrove Women’s Golf League, as well as an advocate and/or volunteer for many of her favorite non-profit organizations including the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce (“Mike Hauser Algebra Academy”), Sonoma County YMCA, Tomorrow’s Leaders Today, California Parenting Institute, Ceres Community Project, and LiveStrong.
