JODI AZEVEDO

Jodi Azevedo serves as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Plastiras & Terrizzi and for its related real estate investment company, Parkway Properties Investment Corporation.  Jodi has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, with expertise in syndications, asset management and property management.  In addition, she has been an office manager and controller for both retail and service related companies for the past 20 years.

In addition to her commercial real estate skills, Jodi is also an expert in the residential short sale arena, and primary facilitator with www.yourshortsupport.com. 

Jodi’s accounting knowledge combined with her focus on serving clients and customers has earned her a reputation as one of the best property managers in the San Francisco North Bay. Jodi received a degree in business administration / accounting from Sonoma State University, which was preceded by her pursuit of electrical engineering studies at Chico State University.

Jodi is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, certified Travel Agent, Notary Public, and Certified Property Manager Candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In her spare time, Jodi is a mentor and youth leader with her local church.  She enjoys spending time with her teenage son and husband and enjoys traveling, reading and physical conditioning at her local gym.  She resides in Petaluma with her son and her husband Rick.
